1. The Community CERTs are responsible to the residents of their comunity to:
1.1 Provide FEMA CERT trained assistance and aid in the case of threat to lives and property.

1.2 Provide communications to reach out to other Community CERTs, ISMA CERT or the Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center(PBC EOC).

1.3 Selecting, training and running drills with GMRS radio operators to operate within the FCC regulations for Personal Radio Service GMRS radios in the ISMA and Community CERT ICPs under the licens of the ISMA CERT Incident Commander.

1.4 Training CERT team members and communicators as defined in the Training Plan

1.5 Participating in local and county drills as appropriate

1.6 Assist other Community CERTs whenever possible and practical without diminishing the support to your comminity

2. Community CERTs report to their Community CERT Committee and Committe Chairman
2.1 On the status of readiness of the CERT ICP.
2.2 On the training requiements met by CERT members.
2.3 On the results of performance in emergency incidences, drills and exercises.
2.4 On lessons learned in emergency, exercise and drills.
2.5 On changes to documentation, guidance or procedures
